Linux/390, also called Linux for S/390, is a port of the Linux operating system to IBM's System 390 hardware. IBM published Linux/390 on December 18, 1999 as a collection of patches and additions to the Linux 2.2.13 code base. It can run natively on System 390 hardware or under IBM's VM operating system.
