The New International Version Inclusive Language Edition (NIVI) of the Christian Bible is an inclusive language version of the New International Version.

The NIVI was first published by Hodder and Stoughton in London in 1996. The inclusive language edition of the NIV was never published in the United States. It was subject to accusations that its use of gender inclusive language distorted biblical teaching.[1]

Today's New International Version, published in 2002, is similar (though not identical) to the NIVI in its use of gender inclusive language,[2] and has been subject to similar criticisms.
