Rollback
Hiya. It's not really a specific number of edits or a particular length of tenure. You're clearly here in good faith. Demonstrate some use of the undo feature and give it a couple of weeks and I'll be happy to grant the tool. Pedro : Chat 15:51, 1 May 2008 (UTC)
Welcome
Welcome!
Hello, Computermadgeek, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

- Manual of Style
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your messages on discussion pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place {{helpme}}
before the question. Again, welcome!
As you no doubt are aware, the above is a boiler plate - but it's very handy! Any problems or questions please just ask at my talk - I'm here to help. Pedro : Chat 20:28, 1 May 2008 (UTC)
Overzealous UNDO's
Please take care with the undo tool.
- A good faith (and accurate) change to punctuation. [1]
- A perfectly good wikilink tighten. [2]
- A perfectly acceptable categorisation [3]
Also, when reverting clear vandalism / spam (e.g. [4]) it is a good idea to warn the user using a template. This makes other editors aware if there is a history or pattern of vandalism. Pedro : Chat 11:51, 2 May 2008 (UTC)
WP:ANI thread
Please see Wikipedia:Administrators'_noticeboard/Incidents#Editor_claiming_technical_abilities_relating_to_WP:RFCU_and_WP:ADMIN as I'm afraid I have asked for wider input on your editing and claims. Pedro : Chat 13:33, 2 May 2008 (UTC)
- If you have the technical ability to get checkuser information, and to be able to make yourself an admin, then this would seem blockable for preventative reasons, yes. However I have asked for a deeper review, per the thread at WP:ANI which you may wish to comment on. Pedro : Chat 13:43, 2 May 2008 (UTC)
Program
Could you please send me the program you meantion to Ryanpostlethwaite[at]hotmail[dot]com so I can verify you are telling the truth? Ryan Postlethwaite 13:55, 2 May 2008 (UTC)
Probation
Admin probation? I don't know. You would need to find an admin and ask that question. Baseball Bugs What's up, Doc? 13:56, 2 May 2008 (UTC)
Blocked
I have blocked this account for disruption and trolling. [5][6][7] The account should remain blocked until the user convinces an administrator that they will contribute productively. Jehochman Talk 14:00, 2 May 2008 (UTC)

Request reason:
Notes:
- In some cases, you may not in fact be blocked, or your block has already expired. Please check the list of active blocks. If no block is listed, then you have been autoblocked by the automated anti-vandalism systems. Please remove this request and follow these instructions instead for quick attention by an administrator.
- Please read our guide to appealing blocks to make sure that your unblock request will help your case. You may change your request at any time.
If you ask the blocking administrator to comment on this request, replace this template with the following, replacing "blocking administrator" with the name of the blocking admin:
{{Unblock on hold |1=blocking administrator |2= How the hell is this a proper block? This is not right being blocked for informing the technical guys about a potential loop hole in the system. Maybe next time i will keep my mouth shut so that some hacker can come along and take the whole of the site down. So do I get unblocked or not? |3 = ~~~~}}
If you decline the unblock request, replace this template with the following code, substituting {{subst:Decline reason here}}
with a specific rationale. Leaving the decline reason unchanged will result in display of a default reason, explaining why the request was declined.
{{unblock reviewed |1= How the hell is this a proper block? This is not right being blocked for informing the technical guys about a potential loop hole in the system. Maybe next time i will keep my mouth shut so that some hacker can come along and take the whole of the site down. So do I get unblocked or not? |decline = {{subst:Decline reason here}} ~~~~}}
If you accept the unblock request, replace this template with the following, substituting Accept reason here
with your rationale:
{{unblock reviewed |1= How the hell is this a proper block? This is not right being blocked for informing the technical guys about a potential loop hole in the system. Maybe next time i will keep my mouth shut so that some hacker can come along and take the whole of the site down. So do I get unblocked or not? |accept = accept reason here ~~~~}}
