Structure

When someone has time, please add proper headings. I can imagine at least the following three headings:

  • APIs, talking about the core API, compara API, Ensembl Hive, BioMart, and possibly the gene building pipeline.
  • Species, listing the species.
  • Other refforts, recognizing similar efforts, such as the UCSC browser.
