Talk:Traditional Knowledge Digital Library

Does the Traditional Knowledge Digital Library exist? All the links on its wiki-page are dead. I've tried to google it, but all I get are random blogs and articles that purport to link to this data base, but those links just go to same place the wiki links go--to a dead page.
