Oracle Adaptive Access Manager (OAAM) is an Oracle Middleware product that provides fraud prevention and multi factor authentication. Oracle acquired the company "Bharosa" to add the ID-Theft prevention to its Securiyt portfolio.

Oracle Adaptive Access Manager has two components, the Strong Authentication component and the Risk component. One simple example of the Strong Authentication component is that user can choose the keypad style and use mouse clicks to enter password to prevent passwords being stolen with key loggers. The Risk Component will analyze the data both real time and off line to identify and prevent any fraud.
