CJS can stand for many things, including:
Captain Jack Sparrow, also known as Reinessance. Formelly known as AlteredState17, he would normally just spam the forum regularly, nothing to be a bannable offense of. Mods would soon be annoying/pissed with CJS, and proceed to ban his accounts----several, several several times. This resulted in CJS retaliating with one of the largest spam attacks on mx's history which got the forums shut down. He finally gave up and just became a regular poster again. He's pretty well liked.
