NComputing is a US company that sells "thin client" workstations that run Ubuntu and Windows XP applications off the host PC. Their products have proved especially useful in schools in developing and developed nations alike. In some cases these products compete with alternatives such as One Laptop per Child's X-O and Intel's Classmate PC, while in other cases these products can coexist in the same market.

These products have also been used in businesses and hospitals.
