This discussion is much too abbreviated to reveal the major issues surrounding ISC. For example, it totally ignores an Enron style shell game that was taking place with fake business offices all over the world. These were being used to inflate the company's net worth, and is what Ferranti bought into without knowing they were being defrauded.
