Rapid Execution and Combat Targeting System (REACT) is a modification of the LGM-30 Minuteman LCC that provide monitoring and quick retargeting of Minuteman ICBM, starting in 1996. It integrates communication systems and weapon system into single console.

Previously used Command Data Buffer required approximately 20 hours to retarget entire Minuteman force and 30 minutes to retarget a single ICBM. REACT system needs 10 hours to retarget all missiles, individual missiles can be retargeted in matter of minutes.

REACT incorporates secure communication link between LCC and Higher Authority to receive configuration and targeting data without any need for manual data input. Automatic processing of Emergency War Orders is another interesting feature which reduces missile crews' workload.
