Rapid Execution and Combat Targeting (REACT) is a modification of the LGM-30 Minuteman LCC that provide monitoring nad quick retargeting of ICBM, starting in 1996. Former system (the Command Data Buffer) required approximately 20 hours to retarget entire Minuteman force. REACT system can perform the task in 10 hours, individual missiles can be retargeted in matter of minutes.

REACT enables secure communication link between of LCC and Higher Authority to receive configuration and targeting data without any need for manual data input. It also supports automatic processing of Emergency War Orders.
