Constructive Program is a way of carrying out a struggle (political or otherwise) through community or self improvement (self sufficiency, unity, education, etc.)[1]. The term was coined by Gandhi to refer to the kind of action taken during periods when satyagraha was not directly in effect or by people who could not be directly involved in the struggle.[2]
