Teh tarik ("pull tea") can be bought in resturants and outdoors stalls in parts of Asia such as Singapore and Malaysia. It is often compared to capuchino because of it's frothy top. The main ingredients are tea and condensed milk.

It is prepared using a unique technique which is considered to be both and art and a science by conniseurs. The tea is poured from a hand held high, into a container held in a hand below. The tea is pour back and forth in this manner to create a thick froth. It's also believe that this method mixes the tea with the condense milk more thoughly than other methods.
