Cerastoderma is a genus of Bivalves, including the Common cockle C. edule.

Species

Note:C. shinjiense and C. uremurai may be members of the genus Cardium.

The following species are known from fossils:Cerastoderma latisulcum and Cerastoderma vindobonensis[1]
