Leptopelis notatus is a species of frog in the Hyperoliidae family. It is found in Angola, Cameroon, Republic of the Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Nigeria, and possibly Central African Republic. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland, rivers, intermittent freshwater marshes, and heavily degraded former forest.
