Insilicos Proteomics Pipeline (IPP) is a software system used to analyze proteomics data. Proteomics is a field of molecular biology that studies proteins. IPP analyzes data produced by experiments that identify the proteins in a sample, such as a blood sample. The tools can also be used to estimate the amount of each identified protein that is in the sample

IPP is commercial version of the Trans-Proteomic Pipeline, an open-source proteomics tools project developed by the lab of Ruedi Aebersold at the Institute for Systems Biology. IPP is distributed by Insilicos.
