Reason: This user is a sock and permanently banned. However on any web search of keyword Kaikolar (a tamil tribe) the user's page is coming up. It means Kaikolar are prostitutes in the language tamil and hence degrading and has no relevance to the search. As it is easier to fix the name of a banned sock, requesting to change it.
