The Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development (HLF) was a non-profit tax-exempt charity that was accused by the Bush Adminsitration of the United States of funding the terrorist group Hamas.

The group was established in 1989.

On December 4, 2001, the organization's Richardson, Texas headquarters were shut down.
