Open Learning for Development is an effort to provide free learning with the ultimate goal of helping developing countries around the world.

The Open Training Platform (OTP) is a UNESCO-powered hub offering free training resources on a wide range of development topics, fostering cooperation to provide free and open content for development.

The initiative regroups partners from all UN agencies (FAO, ILO/ITC, ITU, UNESCO, UNITAR, UNV, WHO and UNEP), worldwide development practitioners and agencies, as well as regional and local NGOs and CBOs.
