The University Partnership Programme, known as the UPP, was a PFI scheme between the University of York and Jarvis Plc to build and maintain student accomodation in Halifax and Wentworth Colleges.

Ainsty Court and Hickleton Court were built under the UPP scheme.

In 2004, Jarvis Plc sold its UPP business to UPP Projects Ltd, who maintain the University's UPP accomodation.
