Basic Guidelines

DRAFT

The core nature of this WikiProject is based off of any and all works of robotics. This translates to a more difficult process when examining and establishing one centralized standard for articles related to robotics, which now cover robot models, research, robotics manufacturers, even anime/cartoons/comic books/movies/other literary works related to robots.

With this in mind, the official guidelines for robotics-related articles will be as follows:

For all WikiProject Robotics articles, all articles shall follow the respective guidelines bound by other WikiProjects' article guidelines if by following those guidelines will effectively and concisely cover the article's subject:

  • For notable robotics-related living persons: follow WP:BLP as well as WP:BIO
  • For robotics products: follow WP:PRODUCT
  • For robotics companies/manufacturers: follow WP:COMPANY

For all articles, always use proper style (See WP:MOS). Remember to cite your sources properly (WP:CITE).
