Does anyone think that the Cleveland Freenet deserves its own page as it was the first of this type of network? I was a member of the Freenet from 1989-1997 when they shut down. I loved this resource and am truly disappointed to find that it seems to be missing from the internet in even the smallest references.

I was on there around then, too. Who were you? Cigarette = in210
If you can get enough stuff on it, sure, I think there's already an article on the National Capital FreeNet. --File:Ottawa flag.png Spinboy 6 July 2005 00:13 (UTC)

Take a look at the link that I added to the NPTN Blue Book. The first section gives a history of how the Cleveland Free-Net started and led to the creation of other Free-Nets. --Mu301 16:54, 19 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

The title of this page should be the proper name Free-Net (not Free-net) --mikeu (talk) 14:48, 1 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
