Sir Roderick Glossop is the most famous practitioner of Psychiatry (also called the brain guy). One of Plum's favourite subtle character. He appears in the Wooster-Jeeves stories and in a Blandings story too. He suspected Bertie Wooster to be suffering from mental-disability (thouroughly agreed by his aunts, Wooster's i mean), later became a friend of Bertie (in Much Obliged Jeeves, i think) when they operated together in a case, Glossop fakes up as a butler of the name Swordfish(quite frighful, aint it?) to hide his identity.

His son Tuppy Glossop is also a close friend of Bertie, and was engaged to Angelina, Bertie's cousin and Aunt Dahlia's daughter.
