This is the place to request sockpuppet checks or other investigations requiring CheckUser privilege. Checkuser is a last resort for difficult cases. Use other methods first. See suggested solutions below; or see Wikipedia:Suspected sock puppets (WP:SSP).
Acceptable requests If you do not follow the below format exactly, and do not provide the supporting evidence, your check will not be carried out

Request to identify and block the IP addresses responsible for blatant vandalism and attack accounts
You may contact the Arbitration Committee, but due to legal and privacy concerns be advised that such access is granted by invitation only.
Procedure
List your request using the Input box below. Choose one code letter that most closely applies to your request. No code letter, no check.
The privacy policy does not allow us to make a check that has the effect of revealing IP addresses.
Indicate the usernames you suspect, using {{checkuser}}. Please do not use this template in the section header, as that makes it difficult to read the account names.
Include the diffs or links required for the code letter you have chosen.
Sign your request.
There are clerks to assist you and help with maintenance of the page.
Responses will be brief in order to comply with Wikipedia privacy policy.
Due to technical factors, results are not always clear.
Check back regularly to see the outcome of your request. In most cases, any block or other action based on the outcome will not be taken by the checkuser-people or the clerks. Instead, you will have to do this yourself.
If you feel that a checkuser has led to a violation of the Wikimedia Foundation privacy policy regarding yourself, please refer the case to the Ombudsman commission.
