The Cecchetti Method was created by Enrico Cecchetti (1850-1928). The method has eight grades, one through four were added after Cecchetti died and five through eight were his origional levels. Grade five is the beginning of the professional level and is known as beginner. Grade six is known as intermediate and grade seven is known as advanced and you are qualifited to teach the Cecchetti method. After advanced level a student can choose to take Diploma A and Diploma B in order to further their learning.
