Oracle Payments (formerly known as Oracle iPayment) is a payment and receipt processing product [1] for reliable and secure financial transactions provided by Oracle Corporation. It is the payment engine for Oracle E-Business Suite which has out-of-the-box integration with major processors and financial institutions.[2]

Oracle Payments works seamlessly with other Oracle E-Business Suite products. It has not only been successfully deployed by several major customers, but is also supported by 3rd party application vendors Riverdeep Inc. (An educational software company)[3].

Oracle Payments is based on a key set of 52 inventions (claims) in Methods, Devices and Systems for Eletctronic Payments against Bills and other financial instruments presented electronically over the internet. for which a patent has been awarded.

The inventors for this set of key inventions, all Oracle employees at the time are Mark E. Haseltine, Yash Talreja, Roberto Irribarren, Mohan K. Arthur, Siddhartha Agarwal and Mohit Doshi.[4]
