The Supscription Locator Function, or SLF is database contains the information about HSS that associated with particular user profile. If home domain contains more than one HSS, I-CSCF and S-CSCF will communicate with SLF and find the process HSS based on user profile.CSCF communicate with SLF using diameter Dx interface.
