Fort Apache may refer to:

  • The White Mountain Apache Tribe's reservation and former United States Army cavalry post near Whiteriver, Arizona.
  • A film from 1948, starring John Wayne.
  • Fort Apache Studios, a rock music recording business often known by its shorter "Fort Apache" moniker, particularly with respect to its artist management work.
