Most well known, and propular programming language use English vocabulary as their keywords.

There are several categories of programming languages that do not:

  1. Programming languages that were created in a diffrent language
  2. Versions of programming languages that were translated to some other language
  3. Programming languages that do not use any natural language keywords

Many of the category '2' languages are being developed in order to teach programming to young children who don't speak english yet, while some may argue shows that young children with no knowledge of english, would regard a the programming language just as a set of keywords, and would learn a bit of english as a by-product.
