Namespace Routing Language (NRL).

In its simplest form, an NRL schema consists of a mapping from namespace URIs to schema URIs. An NRL schema is written in XML.

It has been decided in December 2003 that DSDL Part 4 (ISO/IEC 19757-4) will be based on NRL.
