Who, if anyone, has actually deployed this technology?

It is also used in India http://www.cdg.org/news/press/2006/Dec07_06.asp. I've read that it was at least tested in Eastern Europe, Indonesia, Thailand, and a few other asian countries. I don't have time right now to find other sources.Cmgross 14:23, 15 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
