Who, if anyone, has actually deployed this technology?

Reliance in India used it at least to some extent. I've also seen it mentioned in Indonesia and Eastern Europe. I couldn't find a source of current status in a brief search. However, it was being tested throughout asian and Eastern europe as of a year or two ago. Cmgross 14:17, 15 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
