A doubt

I think the formula $a_{0}{\mathcal {L}}\{f(t)\}={\mathcal {L}}\{\phi (t)\}+\sum _{i=1}^{n}a_{i}\sum _{j=1}^{i}z^{i-j}f^{(j-i)}(0)$ is wrong and the right formula is ${\mathcal {L}}\{f\}={\frac {{\mathcal {L}}\{\phi \}+\sum _{i=1}^{n}a_{i}\sum _{j=1}^{i}s^{i-j}f^{(j-1)}(0)}{\sum _{i=0}^{n}a_{i}s^{i}}}$ 20:53, 5 Sep 2004
