I'm With Lucy is a 2002 romantic comedy starring Monica Potter, Gael Garcia Bernal, Anthony LaPaglia and John Hannah.

Plot

Lucy (Potter) is a journalist who breaks up with her 'perfect' boyfriend and then goes on a series of dates with five different men - an entomologist, a playwright, a baseball player, a computer store owner, and a doctor. She acts differently around each of the men - she is drunk while dating the entomologist Doug (Hannah); she uncharacteristically jumps into bed with the playwright Gabriel (Bernal); and she is irritated but then moved by ex-baseball star Bobby Staley (LaPaglia); although she ends up being serious with the doctor Luke (David Boreanaz) and PC store owner Barry (Henry Thomas).

At the end of the film she is shown marrying Barry.
