Without Vista?

Is there any way to run this tool on a Windows XP system without actually installing Vista? E.g. can you launch it from the Vista DVD somehow?

Really exclusive to Vista Ultimate?

Could someone list the basic system requirments to get a 10 i heard Just having one 8600GTX is enough to experiance full vista.
