Link Access Procedure for Frame Relay

LAPF, or Link Access Procedure for Frame Relay, is part of the Frame Relay protocol for WAN's.

The DE, FECN and BECN bits are part of the address field in the LAPF frame.

In Frame Relay LMI messages are carried in a variant of LAPF frames.
