RFC/Matthew
Wondering what happened to it? Majorly seems to purge it from existence. Spryde 15:58, 31 August 2007 (UTC)
- If you want to recreate that RfC, I am willing to certify. Matthew needs to be made aware that the community is very concerned with his behaviour. WaltonOne 14:57, 1 September 2007 (UTC)
- I don't see why we'd need to write it all out again; subject to Majorly's agreement, we can undelete the deleted version and I'll add my certification. Alternatively, you could just copy your original dispute summary from the deleted version and paste it into a new RfC; some of the diffs from my outside view might also be helpful. Another topic
Pascal, can you weigh in on this question at the Reference Desk? It's about terms for drugstores in Canada. Is there a maybe a coloquial term other than "la pharmacie" au Québec? And also, which term do Anglos use? -- Flyguy649 talk contribs 07:17, 2 September 2007 (UTC)
Skunkpig
Hello my friend, i was about to delete this article my self as i couldn't find any evidence on the net for the skunk pig authenticity which is a human type (capitalist in fact) from the late 50' Russian comics.--Makoko 09:17, 2 September 2007 (UTC)
CuddlyAble3
Hi there. I'm not sure if there's something underhanded going on, but it looks as though there might be, so I thought I'd bring it to your attention. CuddlyAble3, immediately after the expiry of his latest block for disruptive and uncivil behaviour, seems to have deleted his user page while leaving his talk page up (such as it is; he continues to delete warnings and behavioural reminders). Is this kosher? It looks to me as if he's trying to conceal his behavioural problems, and the warnings he's received for them, from those who encounter his name in signed comments, etc. --Scheinwerfermann 14:19, 2 September 2007 (UTC)
Public Radio Talent Quest
Mr. Pascal. Tesson, Hello, It has come to my attention that you deleted as spam my entry that I wrote about the Public Radio Talent Quest. Would you kindly take a moment to discuss this action with me, first by restoring the entry so that we can see where exactly the error of my ways actually exist.
I've placed a rebuttal to the deletion of my entry on the article talk page and in my own talk page I question the validity of a non-existant person that targeted my entry for deletion. I went to the supposed talk page of the IP editor who flaged my entry for deletion. As you see through (read) my conversations, and if you really research my 'links' that I provide and all of my thoughts about this entry, my request to have the entry restored is not because I love the material that I've cited, or the site that I've participated in. It is the citation that is important, the information provided is legitimate, at least in my mind it made a perfect encyclopedic entry by stating only the facts. In a world where everyone is selling everything, I understand how everything looks like an advertisement and we are all buyers and sellers. But this was an entry about information, and contributing to this community that information.
Please restore my entry, or share with me, why it needs to be completely rewritten. Thank you for your attention concerning this matter. Please consider the greater good.

- Hi Pascal.Tesson,
- I've left you a reply on my talk page.
- Thank You for your prompt response, as for the sense of frustration that you read, that happens when a person is violated and victimized one too many times... I could take you on a tour where I can prove the abuse actually exists. If you have never been abused you might not understand. I didn't deserve the scars that I carry. As a result stepping into the world of global communication and community participant has been a slow process. My paper on the Evolution of Religion is deliberately left opaque for two reasons, one is that the writing is original a violation of Wikipedia rules, second I'm just a lowly American who is the violated victim lacking constitutional rights; a completely foreign concept that goes against what I've been taught.
- [Edit inclusion]Okay Proffessor Sir, Are you going to delete the entire Wikipedia Site? A lot of articles could be considered; spam, for promotion, and advertising. No matter how well worded, or if the entry encourages others to participate; we should be working together to build up the community. A good person helps people understand. The job of teachers, and professors, 'is' to share knowledge.
- Since you’re such an intelligent person I have a few questions; "have you ever considered the value of the entire planet?" You'll probably give me some relative answer as the question can only be answered relative to 'a value' that is different for each individual. That begs the question, "what is the real value of money?" Now for the final thought or question, "If money really has no value, then why do we make people starve and fight?"
- I sure do hope everyone sleeps well... Surrounded with Angels...

Sex ratio
Hi, Pascal I think my message was lost in archive, so please let me know what you think.
What if we forget about the theories and hypotheses and start with the facts about sex ratio. For example, please look at the review http://www.geodakian.com/Articles/Articles%20in%20English/Translated%20from%20Russian/1985%20Feedback%20Eng%20transl.doc there are 4 tables that contain organized data to illustrate a relationship (which is in the title):
Table 1 Plants, animals and humans secondary SR (II SR) in relation to tertiary SR
Table 2 Dioecious plants secondary sex ratio (II SR) dependence on the amount of pollen
Table 3 Secondary SR dependence from the intensity of sexual activity (ISA) of males
Table 4 Secondary SR (II SR) dependence from the delayed fertilization of eggs
Each of these relationships can be a small section in the Sex Ratio article. You don't have to mention the interpretation and we can remove harems if you wish (however the data is a data). The Wiki article will look more complete and will provide structure for people to add more data.
P.S. I made 2 new pages: notability and main events. http://www.geodakian.com/en/04_Notability_Citations_en.htm http://www.geodakian.com/en/07_Chronology_&_Milestones_en.htmSashag 18:48, 4 September 2007 (UTC)
Hi, I did get your message first time. The approach I proposed is completely different – it’s data-centric. I posted small paragraph under “Examples”. As you may see all the authors cited are well recognized plant biologists. Classical works of Correns can be found in many college text books. None of them are my relatives.Sashag 20:56, 8 September 2007 (UTC)

Re: Speedy deletion of templates
I assume you refer to my tagging of Template:Vietnamesename? I'll take it to WP:TfD, but chances are it will get speedied there anyway. It seems fairly obvious that it's a test and/or nonsense with no meaningful content, and it has no transclusions so that was never a concern. Regards. PC78 14:47, 5 September 2007 (UTC)
- Weird, no transclusions were showing up when I clicked on "What links here" (though they are now). No worries, it's already TfD'd. Regards. PC78 15:28, 5 September 2007 (UTC)
Zlclark (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · page moves · block user · block log) and seriousness of his edits
I noticed you blocked Zlclark (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · page moves · block user · block log) for a very serious incident on Roger Federer (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views). I gave him this warning based on this libelous edit. Did I underestimate the seriousness of this edit, or was there something else that I didn't know about? (I'm just looking for a yes/no answer, not a detailed explanation of his vandalism or a repeat of the libel.) I thought it was just a standard example of vandalism, but if that was something that should have been dealt with and blocked right away for, I should probably know the proper procedures for classifying WP:BLP violations. It's looking like I might become an admin soon, so I should know these things. Thanks. --Elkman (Elkspeak) 15:17, 5 September 2007 (UTC)

pov-pushing
I saw your concern left on the user in question's talk page and just wanted to let you know to keep an eye out since he is actually known for racial bias and pov-pushing. I filed a case on him here even[1] and before hand for wikistalking. Dangerous editor imo and if he continues, I definitely feel that arbitration is in order.Taharqa 06:39, 7 September 2007 (UTC)
Hi, I noticed that you think that an RfC against this user would do no good,[2] but I don't understand why you think this is the case. Alun 11:32, 9 September 2007 (UTC)
- Well I think an RfC would help for several reasons. It lets the community discuss his behaviour and it gives him a chance to respond. It also allows uninvolved parties to comment as well. But most importantly we need to have a RfC because he is so disruptive, is pushing his POV so much and is edit waring so much that we may at some point need to go to ArbCom, and we cannot do this without first having an RfC. I have seen editors blocked for POV ushing far less than MoritzB. He seems to get a way with a lot more than other editors. He is still POV pushing, disrupting wikipedia and edit warring. He was conciliatory on AN/I, but did not actually change his behaviour on either talk or article pages. I wonder just what he has to do for an admin to actually do something, if warns do not work do you just let the behaviour continue? Some editors seem to be able to get away with a lot more than other editors. If he is an old user that has come back with a new user name, then surely there is a chance he is evading a block. I'm tired and fed up with countering his nonsense. I've had enough of these disputes and the constant lies that come from this sort of editor, and I've had enough of these racist pov pushers being given free reign to disrupt this project and spread their lies and distortions. If the answer is not an RfC, then it must be to let him pollute Wikipedia with his pov, which undermines Wikipedia and makes it anything but neutral. When I talk to my friends about Wikipedia I always tell them that this is not the place to come for reliable information, and I tell them that I know this because I am an editor of Wikipedia and I know how much nonsense is allowed to go on here. Even in a anarchistic community like Wikipedia we do have the sanction of exclusion, but if no one is prepared to start a discussion about his behaviour then the community lacks a forum for this problem. I urge you to reconsider. Alun 06:54, 10 September 2007 (UTC)

OK. I just wanted to add something to the comment I made. It's just a suggestion, if he follows it, fine. If he doesn't, I won't hold it against him. Davnel03 19:25, 7 September 2007 (UTC)
- OK, maybe I should. Anyway, he signed this post as Cowboycaleb instead of Cowboycaleb1. I think it's just co-incidence I don't think he managed to do it on purpose. Anyway, I'll just leave it alone. Davnel03 08:00, 8 September 2007 (UTC)

eToro Forex deletion------------------------------------
Hello, Why was the article on eToro forex deleted? eToro Forex is a software, much like other sofwares that exist on wikipedia- the article did not contain a link or a screenshot, nor advertisements of any kind. moreover it is listed as a stand-alone article and has nothing to do with the article about the etoro tribe.
I see no reason why this article should be deleted, if you think something specific was wrong with the article then I will gladly rewrite it so it fits the standarts needed on wikipedia, but deleting the item just because it refers to a company is not reasonable explanation, especially when accusing me of "spamming". please email your reply to etoro.trader@gmail.com —Preceding unsigned comment added by AssiToro (talk • contribs) 16:35, 10 September 2007 (UTC)
I will review the links you referred me to and rewrite the article in order for it to comply with the wikipedia standarts. believe it or not but I do not benefit anything from publishing this article. I appreciate your help, if you have any other thoughts please let me know.
