Edit rate requested: depends on occurence of open proxy edits, experience so far: < 100 per day, see [1] as an example of a typical day.

Already has a bot flag (Y/N): N - Note: w/o bot flag, it might be easier for vandalism fighters to note the occurence of a suspicious edit in e.g. the rc list.

Function Details: The bot only updates Wikipedia:Open proxy detection. This procedure is in operation on nl: since january 2007, added a few major languages on 3 July and was invited by some smaller languages to help them out as well. See iw links.
