Lazer's Interactive Symbolic Assembler
Appearance
The Lisa assembler, written by Randy Hyde in the late 1970s, is an interactive assembler for 6502 assembly language running on Apple II computers. Its full name is "Lazerware's Interactive Symbolic Assembler".
The latest version of Lisa is v. 2.6. It was known to be both interactive and fast. A syntax mistake can be reported immediately in the edit mode. It can also compile about 30,000 lines of code in a minute on a 1 MHz computer.
This compiler also features Randy's Hi-res Routines, a set of easy-to-use graphics commands.
