Cold And Empty was the 2nd released single off of Kid Rock's self titled release. A straight laced piano ballad about losing a love to the road life.Many speculate this song was about his 1st breakup with Pamela Anderson,but he and Kenny Chesney wrote the song together in 2001 when they did the song "Luckenback,Texas" for a Weylon Jennings Tribute album released in 2003. The song peaked at # 20 on the AC Charts.
