The Kanchil or Lesser Mouse Deer (Tragulus javanicus) is a species of even-toed ungulate in the Tragulidae family. It is found in Brunei, Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, and Thailand. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests.
