Merstone is a village on the Isle of Wight. It is home to Merston Manor. Merstone is in the center of the island, roughly equidistant from [{Blackwater]] to the northwest, Horringford to the east, and Godshill to the south.

In 1900, the Isle of Wight C Railway opened a branch from Merstone to Ventnor West.
