The Personal Software Process (PSP) briefly introduces the concept of Team Software Process (TSP) for projects of size beyond several KLOC where team projects become more appropriate. The book of Watts S. Humphrey, Introduction to the Team Software Process, Addison Wesley Professional, Massachusetts, 1999, presents the TSP in details and treats in particular of building production software teams, establishing team goals, distributing team roles, to cite a few.
