User:Ccidiom123 was created after User:Jagged ruby received a warning of potential block on further vandalism from User:Black Harry [1]. After this, the only edits made by Jagged ruby were to blank vandalism warnings from his/her own user page, to leave angry messages at Black Harry's user page, and a disparaging reference to an apparent student at [2].
Immediately after this vandalism was reverted, User:Ccidiom123 re-added an expanded version of the same vandalism on the same page [[3]] several times, also blanking his/her own userpage after receiving warnings. After four warnings, Ccidiom123 was blocked, and User:JASON WING baby was created, whose only edit to date was re-adding the same vandalism [4].

The chief contribution of all three accounts has been vandalizing the Carmel High School (Carmel, Indiana) and Carmel School pages; the fact that they use practically the same text and disparage the same name in their vandalism indicate that all three are the same person.
