Checkuser case

I feel my privacy was violated by having a checkuser done on my IP address. On case [3] . Almost every other case where a checkuser was done on a user name

the IP address was declined but the usernames were confirmed. Did I accidently use 2 accounts and violate 3rr? Yes I did. According to Wikipolicy on sockpuppets [4] and I was using them in accordance with [5] That wasn't not a serious policy violation that would allow my IP address to outed. I was a serious vandal hunter and led to the blocking of numerous vandals including the users who reported me who made many personal attacks and were blocked of [6] [7] and another personal attack and was blocked for personal attack and 3rr violation of [8] [9]

Especially when the usernames could have been used and not the IP address as the checkuser. How can i go about following this up? such as getting that particular checkuser page deleted and changed to another name such as a blocked account name? thank you. please respond back on my talk page. Looking here it say that pages or articles may be deleted. [10]
