AXIS

Apache AXIS is an open source, Java and XML based Web service framework consisting of an implementation of the Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) server, and various utilities and API's for generating and deploying Web service applications. Using Apache AXIS, developers can create interoperable, distributed computing applications.
