Hierarchical aggregation (or also known as RTCP feedback hierarchy) is an optimization of the RTCP feedback model to shift borders of maximum number of users limit [1], [2]. The frequncy of reporting about [QoS] depends on a number of session members. For large sessions it could be such low as the reported status could be very inaccurate.
