Predictive informatics (PI) is an emerging technology designed to facilitate predictive analytics in industries such as healthcare, bioinformatics, pharmaceuticals, and business. PI technology focuses on the data, knowledge, and tools needed to make informed decisions that may preemptively alter outcomes.
