Best known for work in creating Firefox and other fun tools like FireBug and DOM Inspector. From 1995 through 1999 was a DHTML-obsessed web developer. Those of you who were around in '99 might remember the short-lived SWAT library. In 2000 went from being a developer of web pages to a developer of web browsers when he moved to California to work for Netscape. He then spent most of 2003 trying to advance the state of the art of UI programming when he created Boxely for AOL. He left the company soon thereafter. It now renders the UI for a great deal of their software like AIM Triton and AOL Explorer.

Since last year he has been working on something new with long-time co-conspirator Blake Ross.
