Why would Wikipedia not allow it? How is this any different to Red Hat Enterprise Linux? Oracle Fusion is the successor of Oracle Forms; this is a very significant product in the enterprise software world, and does warrant an article. Trust me, Oracle doesnt need a Wikipedia article to do its PR; if Oracle cared, they could do a much better job than the few contributors who have put together this article.
